Susie Hamilton lives and works in London and is represented by Paul Stolper Gallery. Her solo show ‘Unbound’ is at Paul Stolper from May 5th until June 11th. She has had solo exhibitions in Moscow and Oslo and exhibited in Romania, Poland, Portugal, France and China as well as showing widely at international art fairs.
She has been selected for John Moores Painting Prize, Jerwood Drawing Prize, The Trinity Buoy Wharf Drawing Prize, RA Summer Exhibition, The Drawing Biennial and the International Print Biennale. During lockdown she made an extensive series of Covid drawings, C-19, which were bought by The British Museum, The Science Museum and Imperial Health Charity.
She has worked with the arts and mental health charity, Hospital Rooms, since 2018, painting works in NHS psychiatric intensive care units in Exeter and Hammersmith. She will be painting 3 huge murals at Springfields, the new mental health unit in Tooting, in July 2022.
This is her seventh appearance at Art Car Boot Fair.
